The purpose of this document is to describe COMERCIAL RIMAC, S.L. data protection policy.
The personal data collected through the Contact Forms of the Web will be treated confidentially, with the maximum privacy and security in accordance with the applicable legislation. By filling in and sending the form, the owner of the personal data gives his/her consent to their inclusion in the files owned by COMERCIAL RIMAC, S.L., for the purpose of managing the query made and to continue providing a service that is appropriate to his/her interests, typical of the commercial relationship.
In order to guarantee the security of its files and the personal data they contain, COMERCIAL RIMAC, S.L. in accordance with Art. 9 of the Organic Law 15/100, of December 13th, on Personal Data Protection (LOPD), adopts the security measures of technical and organizational nature required by the Regulation of Security Measures approved by the Royal Decree 994/1999, of June 6th, as well as the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 31st, by which the Regulation of Development of the LOPD is approved.
